This event was shot on film but I still have the negatives from the event!
To see the images for this event the negatives will need to be scanned. The cost of doing that is £10, but you will receive a £12 credit to choose images once the event goes online. Each event typically has between 600 and 1000 images, which takes around 5 to 8 hours to scan. There are usually between 3 to 5 images per competitor, but this cannot be guaranteed.
SORRY! The system for ordering negatives to be scanned from the archive is temporarily offline until end of March 2020 due to other commitments. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Please check back any time after then when you will be able to place an order to see the images online from this event.
Apologies for any inconvenience, but if you would like to discuss this event please feel free to get in touch.
Frequent questions about the negative archives and old events
Any event can consist of 20 to 40 rolls of film across classes and competitors. The only way to find all the photos for a competitor is to scan all the rolls of film.

That involves looking at each and every negative with a magnifying glass, trying to work out which class and number(s) etc is in the shot. Any individual images would still need to be scanned to put proofs online.
The scanner is faster, looks at every negative and converts it to a digital file all in one go. It is still a time consuming process, but is quicker than a manual check.

I've put programmes online for all those that I have, so that helps a bit. Beyond that, you could ask in some of the social media forums but there isn't much more I can do to help. It's down to you to decide if you want to order the event or not.

Not without scanning all the negatives from the event.

It is unusual, but it can happen. There are no refunds available, as I will have done all the work. In general, we took between 3 and 5 photos per competitor, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you had a DNS, DNF or something like that on the day, this would affect how many photos there are.

Afraid not. Each event takes time to do, and the £10 charge does not cover the time and effort required. You will have to order each event separately, but you will get the £12 credit for each event.

This is covered in the credit side of the order system. Order the whole event online for £10 and you will be able to see all the photos of you from the event. You will have a £12 credit to choose prints or files from the event.
