Past event photos

If you have a form with a reference for photos we have put to one side for you, please click here. For all other enquiries, to see your photos online, or to obtain images for use on Facebook etc, this is our system:

We will search the event photos, and put web sized versions of your images on your own personal web page on our site. The images are supplied without any watermarking or copyright mark, 600x400 pixels in size (see the sample below which is 600x400 pixels). The images are not protected in any way, and you are free to copy them for use on other web sites, Facebook, Bebo etc.

The cost is £10 per competitor per event. Sorry, but we do not provide proofs free of charge by email. This is the system if you missed us on the day and want to see your photos from the event online. See the note on the right if you have seen your photos at the event and know more or less which ones you want.

Our archive is organised by event and class, then we will search that set of images for the competitor number requested. If in doubt, please phone us first before placing the order. Please do not order more than one event or more than one competitor on a single order, as the order will be rejected.

Already seen the photos at an event?

If you saw photos at a recent event, know which ones you want, and just want to buy them without seeing them online, please telephone us first.

We keep the prints from an event for a month or so afterwards, and will be able to find your prints from our archive.

This option is only available by telephone. Call us on 01761 472752.

The sample on the left is the 600x400 pixel size of the images we place on your personal web page.

To see an example of the type of page we produce for you, please click here. It will have ALL the images we have of the competitor, and for most events there are usually 5 or more of each competitor. In the event that we do not have any photos of you, we will refund £7. If there is only one photo, we will refund £5, and in the event that there are only two photos, we will refund £3.

There are no restrictions on the images. They are not really suitable for printing, but there is nothing to stop you. We suggest if you are thinking about printing them, that you try printing the sample first, to check you are happy with the quality of print you will get. The personal web pages contain ordering options to purchase the original image files (about 300 times bigger than the web size versions!) which can be printed at poster sizes and beyond.
